Incoming Quality Control (IQC)
All raw materials and purchased components undergo 100% incoming inspection on dimensions, material composition and hardness to qualify every raw material before production.
In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)
Regular sampling inspections are conducted during production to avoid batch deviations. Key indicators such as cylinder roundness, crankshaft balance and oil seal surface roughness are strictly monitored.
Final Quality Control (FQC)
Every finished product undergoes full functional testing before delivery, including water pump flow testing, ignition coil & CDI energy and durability testing, and complete bench running tests covering idling, acceleration, high-speed operation and cooling system performance.
Reliability Sampling Test
Periodic reliability tests including salt spray corrosion resistance, vibration testing, and high & low-temperature aging tests are performed to simulate real-world working conditions, ensuring stable performance in different waters and climates worldwide.
