5. Common Symptoms & Troubleshooting

• Severe Powerhead Vibration / Scraping Noise Under Cowling:

• Troubleshooting: Remove the flywheel and inspect internal magnet segments; replace the rotor immediately if any magnet is cracked, loose, or scored to prevent destroying the stator.
